The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation
Upon completing his senior year of high school, Daniel McCaffery was honored as a recipient of the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Scholarship, a prestigious award granted to survivors or current patients facing pediatric cancer. The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation helps families tackle childhood cancer by providing comprehensive financial, emotional, and practical support to those in need. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of seven, Daniel bravely fought through two years of treatment before being declared cancer-free at nine years old. Inspired by his personal journey, Daniel has since dedicated himself to supporting families navigating the difficult battle against cancer. He proudly leads the philanthropic initiative RUforacure, along with his partner Cristofer Caballero. They are focused on raising over $10,000 through this year’s fundraising efforts, ensuring a lasting impact on those affected by the disease.
